I had an amazing time exploring the surrounding area, with great attractions, parks, and restaurants just a short drive away - for instance, I found a grocery store just a stone's throw away, and various dining options such as Denny's and a pizza place within just 10 minutes, making it so easy to grab a bite or stock up for the day; plus, there were several vibrant shopping centers nearby which made for a fun afternoon stroll after I'd enjoyed the spacious and clean accommodations. The only downside was the initial wait to get into my room, but everything else made up for it.

The full kitchen was a highlight, allowing us to prepare our own breakfast easily. The condo was nice, clean, and spacious, featuring a washer and dryer that added convenience. the beds were hard and uncomfortable, which impacted our sleep. There was a musty odor in the room that lingered, making it less inviting. Noise levels from thin walls meant we could hear conversations and footsteps in the hallways. The temperature control worked well, keeping the unit comfortable. the amenities were great, but the room's condition and comfort could use improvement.

Summer Bay Orlando offers free shuttle services to famous Orlando theme parks like Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, and Sea World. The resort also provides access to a variety of fun activities including jet skiing and canoeing, making it a perfect family-friendly destination within a short drive from major attractions.

Loved the spacious rooms, multiple pools to choose from, and gas grills. The Starbucks on, site was a great addition for a morning pick, me, up. The location was lovely and convenient for easy access to the shuttle to the Publix store and the quiet pool right outside our condo.

The pushy concierge desk and issues with the travel club presentation were off, putting. The maintenance issues in the room, like broken showers and lack of utensils, were disappointing.

The Big Kahuna pool was an absolute hit with my kids, and while the arcade was small, they loved every minute spent in there. Our room felt spacious, but some things just didn't work as they should have. The constant timeshare pushes were a bit much, especially after we mentioned our busy schedule. Still, the area had great shopping and dining, plus the free shuttle to Disney was a fantastic bonus. Would consider returning despite the hiccups.

Our condo was clean, spacious, and new; an ideal family stay. not all was perfect. Significant issues arose from the outdated furniture and appliance shortages. The smell in several rooms was a serious concern, leading to multiple room changes. Communication failures regarding activities were frustrating. Facilities could benefit from better seating at the pools. Sending staff to address cleanliness and maintenance would elevate the experience. With improvements, this could be a stellar resort. But for now, it leans heavily on the potential rather than fulfillment.

The hotel had a great kids' area and cozy rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still worth it.

The resort's peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff were definite highlights for us. We especially enjoyed the different pools and various amenities available on the property. a few aspects did not meet our expectations. the cleanliness of our unit was lacking. We found the apartment floor to be quite dirty, which was disappointing. the ironing facilities were subpar, leaving us with wrinkled clothes throughout our stay. the comfortable beds and well-maintained sitting area were appreciated. We also liked the option of car hire services provided by the resort, which made exploring the area convenient for us. One area that needs improvement is the air conditioning system. It didn't seem to work efficiently, especially during the hotter days, making our room uncomfortable at times. the lack of free toiletries in the bathrooms was inconvenient, forcing us to purchase our own during our stay.

We had an amazing vacation at this affordable, safe, and clean hotel. The friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We loved that the hotel was just a short 10-minute drive from Disney property and close to highways and other amenities. The breakfast selection was great, offering both hot and continental options. The price was a steal for visiting the parks, and some of the rooms were perfect for families with their spaciousness. We'll definitely be coming back!

Housekeeping was a bit stingy with towels, and we had to request them every time we needed new ones. Our room didn't have a mini-fridge, which we found unusual.

Jumped on the free shuttle and 20 minutes later we were there! Tons to do on-site like jet skiing and canoeing, plus pools everywhere. So close to everything, we were never bored!

i had a great experience at summer bay orlando by exploria resorts. the condo was beautiful and spacious, super clean and quiet. it was conveniently located near city attractions, restaurants, and shopping. the staff was welcoming and courteous from check-in to check-out. the unit was well stocked with good quality towels, laundry detergent, and shampoos. we enjoyed the hot tub open until midnight, and the complimentary shuttle to disneyworld saved us on parking.

the facilities are excellent and kept clean. the location is close to nearby parks and the 24-hour swimming is a big hit. we stayed in a very comfortable one bedroom condo and the customer service is exceptional - they even replaced a faulty can opener within 10 minutes.

Our extended family had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration at the resort. The convenient location and numerous activities for kids made our stay enjoyable. Despite some minor issues, we had a great time and would consider returning. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
